Shipping and Return Policy

Shipment Guidelines:

  • Item will be shipped out typically within ONE business day once the payment is cleared.
  • Signature will be required upon delivery on item valued above $250. Please be present at the delivery address for signing.
  • A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. Orders confirmed on Weekends and on Friday after 2 pm EST will be shipped on Monday.
  • Free ground shipping applies to the 48 continental states in the U.S. only. Additional shipping cost applies to HI/AK/PR, and other U.S. territories outside the 48 continental states. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
  • When shipping in the USA, the item ships through UPS for standard shipment, and FedEx for expedited and overnight shipment.
  • No local pickups.
  • International buyers welcome. Import/export charges are all buyer’s responsibility. Please contact us for more details.

Return Rules and Instructions:

  • The item is covered by manufacture warranty. If you have a technical issue, please contact the manufacturer via online chat, phone or in-home service.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless it is confirmed by the manufacture that the product is defective.
  • We accept returns on our retailed products within 30 days.  When a return request  has been approved, a return shipping label may be provided.
  • Once the item has been received and inspected by us, your refund will be processed.
  • Please follow the following steps below when returning a product.
    • Pack all of the original content to the original box.
    • Print the label out and affix it to the outside of the box.
    • Drop off the box at a UPS shipping location.
  • No returns for wholesaler/reseller purchases.
